Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love our products, but if you need to return anything bought through our website, email us at sales@aim2entertain.co.uk and we'll be happy to help with a return, refund or exchange.

How to return an item

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, as long as items are in their original, unused condition.
• Email us first to authorise your return. We'll reply within 1–2 working days with the address to send it to.
• Mark your parcel clearly with your order number and full name.
• Keep your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit without it.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your returned items and go back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order, or items in it, any time before we dispatch it. Just email sales@aim2entertain.co.uk.

Damaged or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us straight away with your order number and a description of the problem.

We can't refund items damaged after arrival through misuse, wear and tear or accidents.
