When will your order be processed?
• We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day (Mon-Fri). If for any reason we are unable to do this your order will be sent the following day. Orders placed over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be sent the next working day.

How will we ship your order?
• The majority of orders are sent with 'Royal Mail' and should arrive with you within 2-4 working days although we cannot guarantee a specific time/day (Possible delays may occur during busy times of the year).
• Should you require your order sooner you can upgrade to 'Express Delivery' during the checkout (fees apply), please see options available at the checkout.
• Tracking number will be provided for all UK orders.
• All orders are packed and sent in discreet packaging.
